- •Use recent photos that clearly show your face. No heavily filtered or misleading images.
- •Provide accurate information about yourself, including your age and bio.
- •Catfishing or impersonating another person will result in an immediate ban.
- •Your profile should represent the real you that shows up to dinner.

- •Keep photos and messages tasteful. No explicit, NSFW, or sexually suggestive content.
- •Hate speech, slurs, racism, sexism, homophobia, or any form of discrimination is strictly prohibited.
- •Do not send threatening, intimidating, or harassing messages.
- •Avoid sharing graphic or violent content of any kind.

Dinner Etiquette
- •Show up on time. Your fellow diners and the restaurant are counting on you.
- •Be present and engaged. Put your phone away during dinner.
- •Respect the restaurant, its staff, and the dining experience.
- •If you need to cancel, do so at least 48 hours in advance so others can adjust.
- •Excessive no-shows may result in restrictions on your account.

No Spam or Solicitation
- •Don't use Lovinia to promote businesses, products, or services.
- •Avoid sending repetitive or unsolicited commercial messages.
- •Don't share referral links, fundraisers, or promotional content in chats.
- •Lovinia is for genuine connections, not networking or sales.

Safety First
- •Never share personal financial information such as bank details or credit card numbers.
- •Be cautious about sharing your home address or workplace with people you just met.
- •All Lovinia dinners take place at vetted public restaurants for your safety.
- •If someone makes you feel uncomfortable, trust your instincts and report them.
- •Never send money to someone you've met through the app.

Reporting
- •If you witness or experience inappropriate behavior, report it immediately.
- •You can report a user from their profile or from within a chat conversation.
- •All reports are reviewed by our team and kept confidential.
- •False or malicious reports may result in action against the reporting account.
- •If you feel you are in immediate danger, please contact local authorities.

Consequences
- •First offense: A warning and reminder of our community guidelines.
- •Repeated violations: Temporary suspension of your account.
- •Severe or repeated misconduct: Permanent ban from Lovinia.
- •Illegal activity will be reported to law enforcement.
- •We reserve the right to remove any user who undermines the safety or experience of our community.
